Inspired by a true Hong Kong court case, THE PROSECUTOR follows the story of a man who falsely confesses to drug trafficking after being framed. Despite the identity, the prosecutor (Donnie Yen), who has become a police hero handling the case, is convinced of the man’s innocence and continues his own investigation, risking both his career and his life to bring the real perpetrators to justice.
