Seasons 1-4 were practically perfect, there’s no point in saying that. There were so many great moments, so many great episodes. But then… well, the writers ran out of books to adapt. Seasons 5 and 6 were pretty boring for the most part.

But they did have their moments, and even had some of the best episodes of the series. You could really see the decline in quality in season 7. Everything seemed so rushed, most of it was really stupid. Season 8 is the biggest disappointment I’ve ever seen. I’ve never seen anything worse.

The ending was the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen. All the characters were so stupid. And all the characters were basically ruined by the script. Overall I still give it a 9/10 just because of the first half of the series. And of course it still had its moments.
This is truly a series you have to watch
I would still consider this series a masterpiece and I 100% recommend it.
