Manhattan dentist Peter Pearce (Griffin Dunne) is in the midst of a midlife crisis after his wife (Rosanna Arquette) left him after 35 years of marriage. He spontaneously books a trip to Tulum in Mexico, but suddenly bursts out at his son’s bachelor party.
