. Featured in AniMat's Crazy Cartoon Cast: The Return of the King (of the Hill) (2023). Based on the commercial for this series, for me it was highly anticipated with excitement to see DC have a bunch of monsters in one team.
This needs to be 14-24 for one season
As I watch the two episodes, I feel quite confused, way too rushed where I am not fully getting a story. The action is there, but some of the characters voices seem quite bored. I am not happy there will be 7 episodes for one season.
What’s next, one episode per season?
I like the idea of a team but I want to have a better understanding to feel engaged with the characters but not feel rushed and lost in the show. Reading the comics is one thing but the main issue with DC, they don’t let you enjoy the characters enough to understand what they are going through in the series or movies. I hope they make season 2 better and I will continue to watch this show.
