Plot
Follow Catherine Ravenscroft, a television documentary journalist whose work is based on exposing the transgressions of long-respected institutions. Gary Oldman was originally rumored to be cast, but was replaced by Kevin Kline. This is one of my worst performances' I’ve never watched that even Cate Blanchett can’t save it.
I can’t believe how many things have gone wrong
This is coming from someone who read the book while waiting for this show. I have to say that I found the book itself to be very average. I mean, what about the sound quality and that horribly useless story?
And that boring transition!
Everything seems so wrong in this mess of a play. Ratings are fake, this is definitely not a 7 star series. The dialogues of the young actors are simply distorted.
One star for the cat
The whole show is very boring. We already know what happened against the book from the beginning, if I remember correctly, so when the mystery goes away, we’re left with nothing. Too bad I was really looking forward to this.
